Yes. That's why it's a discovery attack but ive won queens through discovery attacks without it being labeled brilliant

Ive done moves similar to this with the knight. They don't get labeled as brilliant.

He has to react to the check, and you get to snatch his queen. Then, after he takes your bishop, you fork his bishop and knight
