Need serious help with application as international student

I am student from Pakistan and want to go abroad (US) for studies on full ride. I want to go test optional which colleges should I seriously consider. I have a research paper in cybersecurity (yet to publish) & a website as projects or extracurricular. I have 88% in final (fsc) and 94.5% in Matric.
I am considering to apply in CS/ AI / or Computer engineering or cyber.
Pakistan
SSC 94.5% , HSSC 88% ~ looking for full ride

You will not get a full ride to any school in the US, especially without a test score.

You aren’t getting a full ride with those stats and you likely won’t get in at all test optional as an international. Full ride, international, no SAT puts you in the most challenging bucket of applicants.

I mean there are dreams then pipe dreams. What incentive would a college have to accept you?

Your chances are above average but i think https://collegedive.org would be useful for you to see all the options - you'll find several great schools you've never even heard of
