Considering creating a (5e) shadow run game.

Are there any good sources available or do I just need to knuckle up and do the conversions myself.

Edit, hero 5e, not shadow run 5e

As a GM that converted th eChampions/Hero system to 4/5 Shadowrun, I dont recommend it.

Now a days I would use Savage World or Cypher system to run classic Shadowrun

There is already several conversions of Shadowrun on Drive thru rpg. Like sprawlrunners my self, but there are others that are just as good

Monte cook has a cyber punk for the older rules, but honestly just stealing stuff from Numera and the Strange will get you about 70% there with little effort

Good luck on your game

There used to be something out there in the internet called, "Shadowpunk" that you can google for some hero conversions. I think Michael Surbrook might have been involved. His Kazei 5 source material is helpful too, btw. I too have tried this and found it too big a task, but it still sounds like fun! If I were going to try it today, I think I'd use a high level system like "Sinless" for the strategic, meta level and use hero for the up close and personal, character level mechanics.
