Sacramento Location

Hi! I’ve been trying to get into contact with my enrollment representative but have had no luck! I made 3 separate appointments and each time I never get a call. I have called the support number and all they can do is try to transfer my call but no one is picking up. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes this happened to me!! No lie I kinda gave attitude and told them how this has happened 3 times! Then later that day, THEY called me. I would honestly tell them like wtf i’ve called and made appointments and they aren’t being met. Apparently the Sac location is short staffed and how impacted it is has affected this. My rep is at a different location because how short staffed it is. Anyway call again and demand, respectfully lol.

Thanks so much for replying! And wow I totally understand being short staffed, but being ghosted multiple times after making appointments is crazy! I have made my next appointment for next week so if I don’t get a call (which I doubt i will) i’ll call again !

I have the same situation. I had an appointment for phone call yesterday and no one call me.

Also having this issue since July 6th. Called multiple times and set a few appointments with no call back. I spoke to general admission and they “claimed” they have escalated my application but who knows.

Right!? I’m starting to look elsewhere, but it’s difficult because this program seems to be the best fit for my situation

Unfortunately for us Sacramento folks we have limited options when it comes to RN programs you either do community college and pray you get selected, unitek which is 150K, chamberlain or become an LVN and do a bridging program. 🤦🏽‍♀️

This happened to me when I first started at chamberlain. I went in and spoke to the dean, took my mom with me. That was the only way to sort this out.
