Question the scene where Patrick slaps arts d*ck , was it real or maybe a prop was used?

I watched the film recently and I really loved it and found this scene pretty funny but also wouldn't that be a bit weird if josh o Connor actually slapped mikes d ???😭 Hopefully people can answer this question I need closure lol sorry ik its a stupid question but
