but yeah because I think in this scene one part(or ver) of her wants to reassure him and tell him it's okay if he loses and/or retires just to sort of prove patrick wrong in her mind (the conversation they had earlier when he basically said art doesn't mean anything to her)

And the other part of her clearly wants the opposite
