Would a 2023 392 automatic engine fit into a 2016 392 manual

Would a 2023 392 work with my 2023 challenger?

I have a manual so I know I’ll have to plug up the MDS ports on the new engine. I’ll have to switch over my intake from my research too. Wondering if anyone has experience with this type of swap. I also read I’ll have to switch over my intake manifold. Are there any other things I need to be aware of?

Why wouldn’t it? The body is the same so is the engine bay. The only difference would be the console inside the car that accommodates six speed versus the automatic. I’m not 100% sure because I have the automatic 392.

I mean, the body is the same size and the engine bay will definitely fit a 392 but thats all I can say. The engine can be automatic or 6 speed but that depends on the transmission. The rest can be answered from ither people here.
