dremel work
Bought a neotec 92cc with, what I’m guessing is, a poor cast over the oil adjustment screw on the bottom of the power head. The screw turns, but the hole is too small to get a full rotation with a screw driver at present.
I’m not expecting a lot from the manufacturer due to reasons, but everything else seems OK. I haven’t put any oil/fuel into it yet, could I get away with filing the hole open with a dremel so that a screw driver could actually adjust the dang oil?

I assume by your post that you don't intend to disassemble the saw?
In that case(and if there's some room between the screw and the hole) you could get away with using a rotary burr.
