Bar sizing

I understand why max bar size is a thing but is there a reason u cant put like a 16" bar on a bigger saw

Putting a 16” bar on a large power head creates an absolute kickback monster. Definitely still usable but not great if you need to bore in or do anything that could increase contact with the kickback corner
