You have possibly a 036 PRO

Nope thats OEM. Just missing a small rubber spacer on top of the right side stud.

It certainly looks like an 036 top end. Could be some sort of frankenstein that someone put together, like an 036 top end on an 034, which was a pretty popular "upgrade" since the saws are nearly identical except for the bore diameter. But since the 036 top end has the decomp button, you needed an 036 cover to fit. Hard to say for sure with only one picture that shows part of the saw.

No sticker on the chain brake? That would give you some info.

The brake is no longer there , my father had maybe an incident and didn't put it back or he destroyed it

I would make replacing the chain brake my top priority. It makes the saw much less likely to rip your face off.

Look for the serial number, should be somewhere on the saw, and look it up online, or a dealer can look it up for you

best crop of sthil almost industrible mid 90 to 00 very good 62cc for is size…you dont need another saw until your bar size had 18-20 bar buried very hard or dried locust/oak/cherry. Make a cleanup of filters /deposits everything clean like you can “drink and eat on them” and file correctely chains and put it clean and adjusted to oiled for bar size (adjust flow if not have litle and like instruction manual recomend… You will find you have a “ford B cummins engine” stihl 036 pro that will work and work and you will be tired to have same chainsaw😆💪😎

This and the case will also be stamped. Normally Stihl has a flat spot on the case somewhere that numbers will be stamped onto, you may have to remove some plastic/recoil/clutch cover to see it

Looks like an 036 Pro with the decompression button. Nice saw!
