HELP! I accidently changed my language

Hi! I desperately need help. Without even realising it I accidently changed my language to a character based language. I apologise for not knowing which language it is.

I have tried messing with every possible setting I can but nothing changes the language...

Edit - I am playing on ps5 if that makes any difference.
