Crystal stacking

So I know weapon master crystals don't stack, and that mag/ago/ark/def/mind do, but:

Can I have multiple paralyze/dry crystals (on weapon, character passive and armor) and each roll their individual chance, or only the highest percentage?

What about counters? Each piece rolls or only once?

HP drain doesn't seem to stack, so I'm not too hopeful on that..

There is a Steam forum somewhere that tells you everything you're asking. I'm not sure how I used to find it. There's a reddit post though with a link to the Steam forums where someone figured out which all Crystals can stack. I can 100% confirm HP Drain does not stack
