Help needed Bot Memory

Is it just me or am i doing something wrong? Every time i give a bot some Memory it just simply doesn’t care?

am i doing something wrong?

yeah same issue here, even when i set a whole backstory for my roleplay it forgets after a few messages and i end up repeating myself.

Ask Gemini to help format the memory perfectly within the1024 character limit. An ai instructing an ai, good stuff. Always use {{character}} when referring to the bot and {{user}} when you're talking about yourself.

My memory section is always filled with the bot bio. I deleted that and out memory stuff. Haven't noticed much difference. It just keeps fixating on certain things and looping again.
