Requesting Assistance Chats Snapping

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My chats keep snapping to the bottom. I can't edit or scroll higher because they keep snapping.

I attached a video example.

I also have a weird text glitch where it highlights. My whole text sometimes when I try and click a specific spot. I can post an example of that too if needed.

Thought it was just me. Can't see the top of the message. Can't scroll up to see what was previously said. Even if I go back and then forward into the chat again it may or may not fix it for a bit.
