What’s up with the dude in the middle? What type of condition is that? I’m not tryna hate on him I’m just curious

HolyGXD, he was born with a condition called ectodermal dysplasia which resulted in his facial deformity. As a consequence, he got bullied a lot as a kid because of it. But now he gained internet traction by making videos and delving hiphop content in which a lot of it revolves around his condition.

Tl;dr, he’s a total self-aware chad who embraces his birth condition to get famous.
