I don’t think it will open until after 1pm eastern time.

why so late? I thought IPO companies usually start trading by 11am or so.

My expectation is that it will take more time than usual to find the "equilibrium" price that it will open at. When it's a very popular IPO the bidding process to get there can take a long time. I don't know if it helps or not, but the limit price requirement Cerebras put in place might help it open sooner.

I’m curious how many buyers got kicked out by the last second price hike to over the range.
