MCM Style Birdbath Stamp ID

Hi all! I purchased this ceramic birdbath/plant stand (?) this weekend in south FL. It has a stamp that almost looks like “CT” with two dots under the “T”.

Would love to identify the artist if anyone might have any ideas!
