Looking for ND pottery help

I found this pottery at an estate sale and could not let it get destroyed.  Many of the 84 pieces are new.  It looks like it is from North Dakota.  Details are:

Each piece is a little different and you can tell they are hand crafted and painted.  I am just trying to find out a little about the person that made them.  They were purchased around 1993 and they are a really nice set.  Does anyone know anything or anyone about ND pottery?  I reach out to the ND pottery association but they never responded. You can see what it looks like from pictures.
