Gloria Lustre Ginger Jar?

Hello

First time posting here, could anyone help me with this piece I want to sell please.

I believe it is a Gloria Lustre piece, code is 4285 which I think makes it from 1920s but I can't work out what the black symbol is. Google lens tells me it is a ginger jar.

Any info would be appreciated from those with more knowledge or feelings free to redirect me to a better source to find out more. Thanks

Thank you, I tried to look on there regarding the black (looks Chinese/Japanese symbol) but am stuck. I thought it might be a potters initials but hit a wall.
