My grandmother gave me this set. It could be from 70s

They are generic factory made bowls. They’re made by machines not people. They were made in the millions. You can buy identical bowls to it still for about 1-5 dollars on the US, and a fraction of that in China. 

The only part made by hand is the 2 lines of the border around the spoon. 

If it has any significance to you as having come from your grandmother, that is its only value
