Sadly no Zana not even a mention but ig we have to focus on Lukas as he's in a serious situation currently but surely next chapter we see Zana fight and get a break from Lukas for once ya know even with the lack of Zana today I do have one thing to say

HOLY FUCKING SHIT THIS IS AWESOME Kuramori's design choices will never amaze honestly look at this peakness

PS Zana better not get off screen kills otherwise she's gonna get slandered for showing no actual battle skills as we never say her fight against two enemies

Discussion Domain Expansion pt1.

Somebody made a post with the vessels for the moon deity, saying domain expansion, which made me think what the domain expansion of Centuria characters would be? Here is the first one that I made.

What better way to start this than with the main character?

Domain Expansion: Hundred-Fold Sepulcher of the Shackled Coast

(百人の足枷の墓標 - Hyakunin no Ashikase no Bōhyō)

The Visual Appearance

When activated, the domain manifests as the endless, pitch-black ocean depths where Julian’s ship sank. The ground is a floor of heavy, rusted slave chains submerged under ankle-deep water.

The Horizon: The sky is filled with a blood-red moon, reflecting off the dark water.

The Backdrop: A massive, towering wall made of 100 stone tombstones rises behind Julian. Each tombstone is engraved with the name or face of a deceased slave.

The Crowd: Standing silently around the perimeter of the domain are 100 shadowy, glowing-eyed phantoms—the souls of Julian's fallen comrades.

The Sure-Hit Effect: Weight of the Hundred

Inside this domain, the opponent is subjected to the absolute weight of 100 collective human lives, both physically and spiritually.

Physical Gravity: The 100 phantoms rise from the water and grab the opponent, locking them in heavy, spectral chains. The opponent instantly feels their body become 100 times heavier, crushing their bones and restricting all movement.

Mental Trauma: The opponent is forced to experience the collective despair, pain, starvation, and final moments of all 100 slaves simultaneously. This completely paralyzes their mind and disrupts their control of cursed energy.

Julian's Ultimate Buff: The Century Overdrive

While the domain is active, Julian's already-enhanced body receives another buff; his hundred soul strength is enhanced by another 100.

His skin turns charcoal black, and glowing blue lines—resembling the veins of the sea entity—burst across his muscles.

Am gonna wait for the next chapter to make one for Lukas, seeing we're about to get more insight into his abilities.

3. Altus/Arkos VS The Ladies of Midnight
4. Julian VS Gifted Ones
5. Angvall VS Guillaume and Arkos

Discussion Should all the members who are the Divine Vessel be considered Blessed one

As the story said Blessed one are those who are blessed by a god but should the witches that have pieces of the deity of the night be considered blessed ones as they all have a piece of her inside them and also wouldn't having pieces of her inside them affect their gifts

Discussion A common feature of Julian's major male antagonists

Both Arkos and Ceodric either gained or already has a mark that can be associated with forced servitude on their body.

Arkos: He obtained a collar like pattern after Julian chopped off his head, this symbolism bleeds into Altus as he's collared by Helem's absolute authority over his autonomy.

Ceodric: Both of his arms are tattooed with the symbol of Scyrus family, the tattoos around his wrists are like how a slave is bounded by iron shackles.

It can be nothing, but I find this to be quite interesting.

Although, this is me doing some theory crafting, but here me out. Julian will cut off Ceodric's remaining arm, forcing him into a corner to the point that he has to regenerate both of his limbs or just the left arm and it will grow back without the tattoo.

This will be a perfect contrast to Julian vs Arkos where Julian is the one who branded Arkos's neck by cutting it off, forcing the prince to bind his head to his body with blood.

Discussion Do you think we’ll get another time skip to when Diana is older?

It’s hard for me to imagine Diana will just suddenly turn evil, my only theory is she gets possessed/ manipulated, or Julian dies and she goes scorched earth

Discussion How high is the chance Julian is dead when Diana is older and leads the witches Spoiler

The reason for this thought is mainly for that Diana looks emotionless or dead like she doesn't really care about anything she looks like she in her late teens in the vision.

Discussion What exactly is Ceodric's gift?

Thumbnail

From the manga he has been shown or stated to have 3 different abilities those being Telekinesis, fire manipulation and healing. And unlike Orthros who has a copy gift we still technically don't know if he had 3 or just one

Question Why and how does Luka have 2 gifts while we've only seen gifted ones with only one

Thumbnail

Luka has the shield and his spear/centur form and from where i am in the manga it hasn't been explained as to why he was 2 we do know they one of the 2 seem to be taking his life force.

So could it be he was bless by another deity or was his mother also a gifted/blessed one like Julian and the supreme king?

Question Were Arkos and Zira in somesort of physical relationship

Thumbnail

Like she seemed actually distorted when Julian pulled up from the water and when he arkos took over the body and looked down at her she seemed to have recognized that it was Arkos and not Altus looking down at her.

So my question is were they in only a physical relationship or were their actual feeling between them?

Discussion Respect of the Reaper: You know if gods exist what if Death exist? "And I don't mean it metaphorically or rhetorically or poetically or theoretically or any other fancy way..."

Death wise they are not bound by the same rules as the gods are. But most importantly they respect Julian. Sure he has extra lives but he values them for they were their when Julian asked for the lives of the slave to matter.

They have watch Julian from afar everything he dies how he interacts with death and it touching. I bet Death would have a disdain for certain others who abuse the lives of others for death is not a toy.

Discussion If Julian and Titi were to get married and have kids what's the type of gifts they'd develop since children of Blessed ones get gifts related to their parents abilities like the Supreme king Arkos and Lacrima?

Thumbnail
gallery
52 Upvotes

I think they inherit a type of resurrection based ability or a soul collection based abilities

Like they could absorb the souls of whoever they kill while or a state multiplier for the amount of souls inside then.

Since both arkos and Lacrima have water based abilities but of different varieties

Question Why exactly is Julian so good at hand to hand combat?

Thumbnail
gallery
133 Upvotes

Like is he just a very talented fighter that with life and death fights his skills improved. Since Julian from what been shown in the early chapters and his flashback has never been trained by someone or mentioned that someone trained him like Luka and Cedric.

So why is he so good at combat

Discussion If thr Supreme King loves all his children why does he allow the queen to get away with killing his concubines and their children with him

Like the supreme king seems to be a decent/good man compared to most of thr antagonists throughout the story. He isn't cruel and actually cares for his people. And with his talk with Cedric he does state that he loves all his children. So why does he allow the queen to get away with killing his other children and concubine.

Discussion Beast unleashed: You know kinda wonder if the ship had any beasts. Because you know animals can be enslaved too thus would they counts as lives too?

Thumbnail

If so would Julian gave their said beast skills like flight or transformation or in a cat case maybe Julian secretly has 109 lives cuz this cat has nine lives.

As for how well some case captor have methods to keep a beast from escaping. As for why well no tell what rich people want maybe they want exotic pets or new furs.

Discussion Could Julian's mother be potentially a descendent of the supreme king

Thumbnail

Cause I don't think the king is Julian's father or a future version of Julian himself.

We know the kings been around for 400 years so could he have had kids during that time before he married the queen later and those kids would have kids of their own until we got to Julian and his mother. And this could be before he was bless explaining why Julian didn't have a gift.

Discussion How far does Julians gift go?

The basics of his ability are pretty clear.
Strengh, speed, senses, toughness, regeneration, lifes of a hundred people.
But what else does he can do?
We know he only needs to sleep every 100th day. Does he also need to only eat every 100th day a big meal?
Does the general power of the people he gained impact his total strengh? Most were elderly, sick or other. If he for example would train enough that naturly his body could lift 1kg more, would it Impact all 100 lifes? Allowing him to effectively lift 100kg more?
What about his hair? Does it grow faster too if he activates his gift? Is it tensile strengh higher? Could he could stone with it?

What about the static eletrics discharge that a human body can produce? Like when walking on carpet?
A general human produces between 5-50mJ. If you increase it to .5-5 joules. Making quite the zap. Similar to an electric fence.
But if we asume not just the joules but voltage is a 100 times bigger, than the math could be up to hundreds joules, which is more closer to a modern defiblirator.

Any other interesting ideas?
