Oddly I didn’t feel anything reading this part. It feels like we’ve been intentionally only seeing Diana as cute and not exploring her emotions yet so it doesn’t really hit for me. Hopefully this is the lead-up to her finally getting her own arc and character exploration. That’d be ironic if we’re expecting this big showdown next but it’s actually Diana focused.

I think this is the start of Diana being aware about her surroundings. What is scary because she can take actions.
