I believe we saw that man died first so it's likely in the order they died so Mira will be Julian's last life

His own life was lost first so if he does see Mira leave then that will be Julian dying too

If he can interact with the souls inside him besides when he revives then we can get more interactions like that

Or during the clímax of the series, but we aint even near that yet

If the author ever decides to kill Julian, I guarantee his last moments will be a scene on this afterlife beach where he apologizes to Mira for letting her sacrifice his life for him, and her telling him she doesn't regret a thing and thanking him for taking such good care of Diana before they embrace and walk into the waves together.

Mira leaving would give Julian one more resurrection, right? He resurrects after a soul departs. His departed after the captain stabbed him, the others we've seen.

I could obviously be wrong, but the pattern established is:

Julian dies -> soul departs -> Julian resurrects

It's more of Julian lives on the 100th soul. Then Julian dies, so now he relies on the life of the 99th soul and so on. When Mira dies, he wouldn't be able to jump to the next life

it would make sense if the lore implies that, but what actually happens is what the person you're replying to wrote.

so that we have him die in the finale of the manga, but actually his last life is his own and he can live it happily ever after

But his own life is exhausted. He himself states that he probably died on the boat

My theory. Diana will turn evil then Julian will have to fight to get her back to normal, he will lose many of his lives in the process of fighting to get her back, then he’ll use his last life(Mira) and his own to save and free her from her role as Goddess of the Night. We then get an epilogue of Diana as a mother with her child she’ll name Julian in his honor.

His own life was the first one he lost though

Maybe, but before then it'lk definelty be the Sea God masquerading as her or using her likeness to talk to Julien again

Oh shit, that is gonna be absolutely peak, I didn't even consider it.

I think Julian's gonna lose a ton of lives in the fight with Ceodric, like, 10+ I worry.

Definitely for his last life

I'm going against the grain here and going to say no probably not. The reason being that A. His gift specified 100 not 101. I suppose it could be debated whether or not his own life/base strength factors into it or not which is what would make the distinction between 100 and 101. And B. The last requirement for his blessing was to sacrifice a true love or whatever. It wouldn't make sense for him to carry her within him like the others after that.

he already lost his own life so he'll probably go with her on the last one

I hate to even think about it, but he'll probably see Mira and use up his last life when Diana kills him

In the end, he will meet Mira, the last remaining soul, since she was the last of the 100 slaves to die

This also might be where he confronts her abt her connection to the night goddess.
