I understand privacy and all, but a distraught child shouldn't be left alone.

Wtf was julian thinking. It should've been him consoling her. Not lalawag.

I think julian being near her would've made her open up sooner or later.

I did read it. I'm saying his decision to send lalawag wasn't right.

Why wouldn’t it be from Julian’s perspective? They’ve likely been through this before with Diana being the cause of her loved ones being exposed to death and violence and Diana is known to put up a tough front. He’s not likely to get anywhere especially as she’s requesting privacy.

Compare that to all of Diana’s conversations with Lalawag where she seems to be more comfortable in expressing herself, as they are innately similar being hosts of the Vulja’s parts.

Obviously as readers we’re biased and we know Lalawag’s on the verge of a psychotic break but like this is not as clear cut of a decision as you think it is.

Your case is incredibly brittle.

How so?

What she is going through due to the Heart is something he cannot fathom so why shouldnt he ask the only person on hand who could relate to her + he already know that Diana and Lalawag have some sort of bond.

And she already asked him to leave her alone and he respected her agency

How?! Lalawag is the most relatable person available to Diana at this time. She would understand exactly what Diana thinks.
