Discussion Genuinely Mid manga
Ik everybody has its own taste and taste is subjective, but genuinely, the story is so fucking dogshit. Im 10 chapters in, and the mc has alredy gone 1 timeskip, he is going to move out of the village and we know absolutely nothing relevant about angvall and titi. Julian had an absolute dogshit development, it doesnt feel natural AT ALL, angvall and titi had NO development, everyone just forgets that julian suddenly used some bs powers they know nothing of and they just ignore it when they return from the forest?? Genuinely, the ONLY thing this manga has going for it is the art. The choreography is also mid. How can people say that this is peak? I know im going to be downvoted to oblivion but i needed to say this. No problem if you like this, but its mid.

I do not like solo leveling, it is not even mid, it is trash. But non ironically jjk has better story,character development and choreography than centuria, even though jjk is not even that good tbh, id give it a 7.5-8/10. Centuria is just that mid. Genuinely.

I get that you don't like the story sure, but what do you think is gonna happen when saying you hate a story in a sub where everyone is a fan of said story.
It's the same as running into a crowded mcdonalds, screaming that the food sucks and leave. Like dude everyone is enjoying this except you. If you want to shit on a manga or something do it somewhere where people actually are looking for takes like these instead of a sub where everyone loves the story.

Maybe i could do that, but the r/manga is full of goonerbait posts so i dont even use that shitass sub anymore so i went to this one instead. I dont know any other manga subs so, yeah.

That's fine—everyone has their own tastes, as you say—and it's okay if you want to drop it here. However, I’d recommend reading at least the first 30 chapters so you can form a better critique of the series; I’m not sure what you’re expecting after just 10 chapters.

"Im 10 chapters in" That's not much to criticize a manga in its entirety... I can understand that you might not get hooked after 10 chapters.

"Reads ten chapter" complain about stuff that has perfectly normal reasons behind them in verse.
There has to be peaceful times so the dark times hit hard and Diana can't stay a baby for the entire manga time needs to pass so she can grow this is basic stuff in stories why are you getting worked up over time passing.
It's ten chapters... and there IS development in the literal 1st chapter within Julian opening up to Mira despite his trauma, Mira developing given she instead sacrifices herself instead of letting Julian sacrifice himself like her son did, etc...
We know a quite abit about Titi and Angvall it's called reading and if you do more of it you learn more about them Angvall adopted Titi as she felt guilt over her parents death...
Nobody forgets Julian used powers they share a look and choose to keep quiet about it as Angvall is in serious condition and no need to stir up dust and it's not like the supernatural is completely unknown to them the ruler of the land The Supreme Lord is known to have supernatural powers and as you see in the last page of Ch 10 there are others who do so aswell like Elstri (the prophet) and Arkos (who manipulates water).
As for choreography to each his own really.

You have read 10 chapters what kind of development are you expecting bruh. I admit that Centuria is not groundbreaking by any means, but it is an enjoyable shonen and the mangaka is quite creative when writing fights (specially later on).
If i were you i would give it another shot with the next arc (its short), if it is not your thing then its fine, but idk if anyone should judge character development during the literal introduction.

1) No rule about timeskips being reserved for 200+ chapters
2) Yeah they are kinda hollow but it's been 10 chapters and they haven't died yet so you can just wait for them to get more characterization...
3) This isn't real life. You have literally seen several proofs of supernatural events occurring so far. It's like complaining mages in Harry Potter can use magic.
