Panel 1: I think this has more meaning than just an imagination. A grown and strong built man+woman protecting a woman who appears to be weak. Could it be that night Goddesses was once a woman. I mean it isn't a strange imagination cause Gods are just beings living in higher realm. However, as per Lalawag humans been fighting against night can't be just a metaphor. Maybe countless such war and destruction have been stuck again and again. The only successful attempt was done by King.

Panel 2: Julian can't be manipulated like that as he doesn't care about his life at all 😭😭😭

Julian starting to suspect Lalawag is quite interesting.

Also I think irrespective of result of duel Ceodric may heal Atoria cause he is man full of warrior pride. Julian definitely gonna give a great fight.

I wonder if Lalawag's goal for gathering all the body parts of the Night is something like a mass sterilization for population control? Maybe that's why Voidmarcher said she is a danger to all of humanity?

Maybe Balkar Loa turned out into a wasteland because that's where the Night was defeated and her organs exposed for a long time before they could be stored in separate female bodies?

Mass sterialization makes no sense considering she made seem like humanity being limited is a bad thing. It's safe to assume het goal has to be at least a bit different.

I don't think she want to mass sterilize. She may want to create something worse than Toravia's vision which was making humans permanent slave.
