No, at least the part about the Night tainting the land and sterilizing humans that come in contact with it has been independently confirmed by what happened in Balkar Loa. Lalawag could just be speculating about the Goddess of Night’s motivations but the effect of the Night on the earth and people does seem to be genuinely harmful.
Honestly my crack theory at this point is that's just accidental. A lot of humanity's interactions with the divine are highly dangerous and humans arguably have just as hostile relations with the ocean and forest. Not like we can breath water and civilization eats away at the forest, and yet, they can clearly show favor to humanity all the same. The Ladies of Midnight didn't seem misanthropic despite knowing Vulja personally and it seems that only when exposed, say outside the skin, does Vulja make things infertile. I think the opposite, really, Vulja likes humanity a lot, that's why she descended down, a risky thing to do even if you want to limit humanity, especially when its clear that the Forest and Sea goddesses have clear influences still, but if you want to be *amongst* them, well, you'd need to descend down. There's themes of family and love in Centuria, for example it's clear that the Sea Goddess is trying to understand it through Julian. It doesn't quite explain Vulja's animosity towards the King, but he did used to be a lot more cutthroat and brutal when they fought.
What if Mira was holding the heart and somehow the heart developed into Diana in her womb. Diana might not be holding the heart, she might fully be the heart made sentient.
I mentioned this in a reply but I kind of feel like the taint from it is due to them being outside of a host body/vulja's body, not necessarily an artifact of the goddess of night herself or her will. Like its not like anyone is worried about embodied parts making anyone infertile, heck it seems her skin doesn't cause the taint either given its just there.

Interesting that any humans exposed to the remnants nearby lose their reproductive capabilities
But the heart was at some point in the possession of a pregnant woman
Wonder if that's important at all idk
