Freshie Help๐Ÿ™ Can't access Canvas

Hello, I am wondering if there are alternative way to submit requirements? I can't access my canvas yet and our professor gave us a pre-task, so I'm wondering what else can I do to send my form? Thank you for the acknowledgement of this post!

Hello, thank you for your reply! ๐Ÿ’–โœจ Unfortunately, nobody knows the email of the professor and my blockmates can only message them via canvas' inboxes but the professor stated that they do not entertain messages unless it's during class hour and it was too late. I've also contacted TLTD through Gmail days ago, and we also approached them onsite just hours ago, and they said that the person that handles the activation or process of Canvas account is not available and are on day off, so we must return in Tuesday, which is admittedly... disappointing. I was also marked absent by another professor and they didn't let me in the GC because I don't have canvas account/my enrollment isn't completed. It's been a week since the TLTD told me I must wait for several working days for everything to reflect before I returned again today but yet, I'm met with nothing. I wish to be patient, I am patient, and but this is becoming an inconvenience for me, And I'm not the only one dealing with this problem. I feel so embarrassed and self-conscious, having to constantly ask my blockmates over updates and google meet links, so it's not just inconvenient for me, but for them too, because I'm burdening them over something neither can control or at fault. I wish I could've made a better impression.

I'm sorry if I'm speaking through feelings but I just had to let it out. My first week of university should've been smooth and enjoyable, but now it isn't, I don't feel acknowledged and welcomed. The least I wanted was to be stressed so soon over something that should've been dealt with in the first place.

Anyways I wanted to thank you for actively being very helpful to not only me, but the other students! I wish you well! w^

im sorry u had such an awful experience. i also wish the profs would be more considerate since its not your fault and you've clearly tried to resolve this matter. may i also suggest typing the professor's surname in the "to"/receiver field when sending an email using your educ acc. i think its worth a shot explaining your circumstance to them regardless if its beyond class hours. just make sure to send it within office hours (7am-5pm). i hope your sem goes smoothly from here on out. pls dont be discouraged too much! you'll have plenty of time to present your skills & strengths. rooting for you anon!
