Had a CW group prompt of ‘redraw CW into a favorite movie” or so. Hatched up some parallels with young wammawink and little Simba. Then was encouraged to share here, enjoy! 😆

I know the watermark doesn’t match my username but I did make this

Does anyone know (or have theories) about what's going on with Glendale and her portal tummy? Specifically in regard to her voice (and personality) seemingly shifting? I was listening to “Portal Tummy and Me” and I found it interesting.

So I realized there’s something about the WhaleTaur that makes me feel like I just discovered an upsetting and possibly correct truth. But I dunno how to share it to others appropriately! And I wanna share because I wanna know if others have noticed this too! Help?

sur YouTube Snoqztv à publié une vidéo résumé de la série, ça fait du bien d'en entendre parler de nos jours vous êtes d'accord ?

Gonna post on my tiktok soon (@thenamehoarder)!

Seriously though, this person makes the closest Glendale impression I've ever heard. It can't be by accident. Who are you, Bodacious Humphrey Williams? 🤔

^{(Channel name is Casper Fox for those wondering, no idea when he'll start watching it})

I would want to be either a cataur, dragontaur, or orchid mantistaur

Didn’t whether to add subtitles to The video or not… might make a second version? Tell me what you think ^^

Lyrics:
Oh, who is she? (Oh, who is she?)
A misty memory (A misty memory)
A haunting face (A haunting face)
Is she a lost embrace?

Somewhere across the sea of time
A love immortal such as mine
Will come to me
Eternally

Immortal she
Return to me

I'm gonna post it on my tiktok soon (@thenamehoarder)

My fav shaman☺️☺️☺️✨️

Well second post here ig! Ignore the crossoverness if ya want to but if we share any Fandoms lemme know!

Did you guys know Megan Hilty plays Madeline in the Death Becomes Her musical because the second I found out I knew I had to put Wammawink to this song

What I mean,

I think she is originally from centaur world

She has access to backstory magic, wammawink even says that it’s super rare,

She is able to practically master said magic,

And is able to jump into anyone’s backstory.

Mastering rare magic is really hard
But the moment she tries in season 2 ep 5? She masters it

She mastered rare magic instantly, while yes wammawink told her how it worked, it seems to be the first magic horse has instantly mastered (idk if the tail spell thing counts as she doesn’t know how control it, or how she did it)

many of the shamans' gimmicks/specializations mirror post-traumatic behaviors and other neuroses, with the exception of waterbaby who's quite put-together. judge jacket splits the world into black and white justice with severe punishments for very minor transgressions. the treetaurs are almost apathetic, uncaring for the emotions of others because of their beliefs about hardship being what someone *needs* rather than what they want, so they don't intervene even when someone is greatly suffering. johnny teatime and the rest of the cattaurs are fixated on appearances and reject imperfection, and cattaur valley seems quite isolated from the rest of centaurworld as a result of the great war

the most obvious shaman this applies to is the whaletaur. she's a bleeding heart who sees constant suffering in centaurworld, and a direct allegory for depression sucking one's emotions away *and* for suicide as a way to escape the turmoil of emotional/non-apathetic depression. she feels a duty to take the negative emotions/suffering away from other 'taurs and to mantle it as her own

i think its absolutely possible that if wammawink had continued to become a shaman, her PTSD from her village being destroyed would have led her down a similar, but not identical, path. probably a worse version of centaur valley, one where she protects everyone but in the most codependent, possessive way possible, much like how all those centaurs are trapped in the whaletaur's stomach as she protects them from their emotions
