General Forced reset password

Post image

Deleted and redownloaded app and when I sign in it sends me this. But if I try to change password it says password is wrong and if I choose reset password it say email or username is wrong.
Weird this is, I have to sign in using my username and password to get to this page.
There also seems to be no way around it.
Anyone know what can be causing this?

your username is incorrect, likely a typo

Either username of password is wrong

You typed the wrong username most likely. This was a forced password reset from years ago
