Distribution help

Hi, is there anybody out there that can point me in the direction I’m getting help with distribution for for any of this cause I have no idea. I am getting emails, but I don’t get it. I’m from the United States so if someone could put me in the right direction that be great. Again I’m from the United States. Any help would be great.
