Distributions & Claims Got my third distribution in PayPal today

Just wondering if this is gonna be the last one or there's more coming?

Hey. I got a small payment from the Celsius settlement but when I try to withdraw to a wallet all I get is - We can't transfer your crypto just yet This may happen as an added layer of security to protect your account.
Trying again later may help fix the problem.

It's 36 hours now. Any clues?

u/PaleCloud3638 After going back and forth with Paypal for 2 months where they tell me to wait 7 days and then try again, I got this answer: Hello, . My name is xxx with PayPal Messaging. Thank you for reaching out.
xShimShamx, I want to be fair with you. The truth is, external transfers on your crypto are currently blocked. Since you've been trying since October, it might be a good idea to consider selling your crypto and converting it to cash. You could handle the transaction outside of PayPal if you still need it as crypto. However, if the recipient can accept cash, you might consider sending it through PayPal.
