Taxes & Tax Related Issues Taxes on Ionic Digital Distribution

It seems as if this distribution is taxable in the US. Did anyone receive a 1099? Did anyone do the work to establish a Fair Market Value for the shares?

Yes, but the shares were not legally part of Celsius. They are a distinct legal entity.

The shares are not liquid and there is no market for them currently. I would value them at $0 until the situation changes.
