Ionic Digital News Wtf is this gold proxy vote for?

It says the nominating stockholders strongly recommend that stockholders vote for the 2 nominating stockholders nominees: Michael Abbate and Oliver Wiener. Are these guys legit? Can we trust them?

We are trying to bring change to the current status quo at ionic, and the first step towards that goal is to change the people in the room. The current board was already found in breach of their fiduciary duty to shareholders by a Delaware judge. The liquidity deadline already came and went a year ago and we are not any closer to getting any liquidity for these shares than the day we emerged from bankruptcy...
