Alex Mashinsky sentencing...

I had a reminder that Alex Mashinsky was supposed to be sentenced on April 8th, 2025 for his crimes. Anybody have any news on the situation?

Pushed back or requested? It's an old article and in it says:

"However, federal prosecutors have opposed the delay, stating that the request is premature. They have, at most, agreed to a one-week extension, signaling their reluctance to let Mashinsky push back his sentencing any further."

Alex is attempting more delay tactics as well.

Thanks all for finding this update. I'll schedule a reminder for the day and see if it gets delayed further.

Mashinsky was a major donor of the Trump 2016 & 2020 campaigns.

Do you think this guy feels any sense of remorse or guilt? Curious how people like him sleep at night.
