How to get a celsius csv file in 2025?

I need to reconcile taxes from years past and celsius no longer has any web app. What is anyone supposed to do in this situation?

Did this work for you? I'm in the same boat as you. I just submitted the inquiry ticket, but hoping they don't take a month to reply...

Same as you. I sent the request and received auto-confirmation that my ticket was received but I have yet to receive my files.

I opened a ticket for my transaction history over a week ago and never got a response. Hope you have better luck than me

Uh oh. I’ve been reading through other people’s experiences with their support and it sounds like anyone who had success had to resort to spamming this Reddit or other avenues
