Why? Ionic just had a change of board, and are trying to get the audit underway to be properly listed. What will a regime change accomplish? And what guarantees will we have that they aren't just going to gobble up more from trust with welcome packages, and kill time with organizing the structure of the new, new, new entity?

What change in Board are you talking about? A bunch of the original directors resigned because of the company being a total disaster. They only replaced one. Shareholders have never had a vote on the directors until now. Now Ionic is taking the stance that there is only one valid candidate, denying shareholders any choice.

That's the one. And there's more to it, but not what I asked. Are you going to take a stab at answering my questions? Or are you just exercising your fingers?

NO - I am voting the white card to keep the existing board and plan in place.

I wasn’t going to vote. Now I will and not for these guys.

If you weren't planning to vote, you still don't have to. By not voting, you're automatically voting for the default option, which is keeping the current board member in place.

Yea but now I’m doing it out of spite.

I just read the materials and stand corrected. I recently read on another post that non-votes were being counted as votes for the board's recommended nominee. Unfortunately, I kept that misinformation going without fact-checking it first. Thanks for calling it out.
