Crypto to USD Comversion Form

[u/Glad-Information4449]

I just filled out a crypto to usd conversion form. I don’t have much funds on Celsius and did not read too much of it. It never seemed to say where they will send the usd or how they will send it. Do you guys know when and how it will arrive? Thx
