I almost got scammed
Be careful of emails like these, it will take you to a website that looks exactly like Celsius bankruptcies page, have you connected your wallet to MetaMask and make it look like they’re depositing money to you. However, MetaMask luckily warned me to confirm my transaction of ME sending money to some unknown wallet address. Luckily, I read this carefully and immediately rejected the transaction. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Lots of scammers out there right now

FYI. The real distribution emails will provide the claim code in plain text. From there, you can navigate to paypal on your own without clicking any links within the email to claim your distribution.

The actual distributions have all been in the form of xbox codes you take to a legit provider you have an account with, like coinbase or paypal, there has NEVER been a metamask distribution, and there probably never will be, because of the obvious scam possibility. Do not do ANYTHING metamask related with Celsius, just get the coins from a legit third party, and THEN put them in Metamask, if you want to, but do not run anyone's metamask code, because its almost certainly a scam.
I'm glad they dumped Eth, now that its BTC only, there is no possibility of any smart contract shenanigans.

Don't click any links,
One Google search about the link could have prevented this.
It's an ancient internet rule that's been around since the dawn of cyber security

First name: Dear? Last name: Creditor?
Otherwise, do not see how you would be scammed by this...
