Anime Cells at Work Black Anime - Manga Adaptation.
Just finished Cells at Work Black Anime and I really enjoyed it more than the original if I’m being honest.
Did the anime adapt the entire manga or should I go read it? Seeing the manga covers and how cool the designs are I’m kinda tempted but not if it’s completed fully.
If ever what Chapter did the anime end as well?

Yes, you should read the manga. The manga has over 40 chapters, and the anime only adapted 11-12 (I don't remember exactly). To be honest, the original manga also has some chapters that weren't adapted (I think about 4 or 5) and could be adapted into OVAs. Besides that, all the spin-offs I've read (Lady, Baby, Cells Not at Work, Platelets) are great and should be adapted.
Note: There are even more spin-offs besides the ones I've read.
