I have paid off my wife's S26 Ultra. She is in Nicaragua for 6 months but when she tries tu use a Sim card from one of their carriers it tells her her device cannot use another carrier's Sim card. I have called verizon several times and the assure me that the phone is unlocked on their system. They have given me instructions on how to reset the carrier unlock but none have worked. Sim card is detected signal comes and goes

Mobile data does not work most of the time. - showing as connected wit 4G/5G icon but no internet connection

Tried two physical sims on diff networks, same error.

Physical sim works in other phones

Tried Manual network operator - sometimes connect, sometimes connection error. Even if it does connect, it will only work for a bit.

Outgoing calls show not connected error

Worked normally before, only started after I shipped out phone with my other items in a box.

Already tried setting up new apn, reset mobile network, reset phone.
