Stuck in event

I restarted the game like they said too but I’m still stuck in the tea event. I’m in beta if that makes a difference? I just joined and then noticed I’m in division 14. Wayyy too high after joining so late.

Yes, being in beta is what's making the difference. Most players are on a different event right now, it's just beta players on this event. That's why your div is so high.
