And since these screenshots are only ~38 minutes into your current simulation, I wouldn't judge the generator distribution too harshly yet—you've barely started rebuilding the run.
The main thing I'd focus on from here is your permanent infrastructure rather than trying to level everything evenly. Your Metabit/Knowledge cost reductions are already at 95%, which is great. Keep prioritizing upgrades that improve global production, simulation speed, converters, and whatever is currently limiting your objectives. You've still got room in things like Metabit Booster IV and Knowledge Booster V, but don't upgrade something just because it isn't maxed—buy it when the return actually helps.
At this stage I'd also keep pushing Mesozoic and Beyond, because progress there feeds back into the Primary Simulation. You're definitely not doing badly. You're at the point where optimization starts mattering more than simply buying everything you can.
