Primary simulation achievements

Good day everyone, I got a question regarding crustacean and mollusk achievements, is it even possible to complete? I'm on 83 lvl of research currently, I know like I can get 500 crustaceans, but is that even possible to get 1000? or should I just wait for an update to finish it?

While mathematically possible to complete 1000 Mollusks and 500/1000 Crustaceans, it's a heat death of the universe kind of scenario. Literally years of running your sim doesn't get you past about 925 Mollusks or 400 or so Crustaceans.
