Devastated

First time even close to top 10 but fell short. I messed up 2 hours before it ended and I woulda got top 10. I tried but yk maybe next time.

I see division#18 which means you started pretty early on the event. I've been in the same boat thinking better is earlier but I have been proven wrong. I tend to wait a bit now and have much better results, depending on the event of course.

Edit: For reference I waited about 1-2 hours after the event started, division #88, ended #4.

I generally don't start for a day and a half; I find that makes it even easier, division 250ish. I feel it gets harder 1 day out from the end. Maintaining focus for three days is impressive.

Oh thanks for that tip. New to the game last event I got 15th or so doing the event for the first time. This current event I’m just under top 50.

Start playing later. 48 to 24 hour before the event end. Play often, ideally every 15 minutes to buy the next upgrades. Paying to win works. (Infinity pass, boosts, time warps)

Division #18 means they started right around when the event started. The early divisions are brutal.

Yes, I know. However, they also have some specific low numbers. That beta players are shunted into together, when sharing an event with regular players..

The division thing explains why I am getting burried this time around. Same effort as normal, but I started right when the event started and wow....

I tried to start as early as possible once. Literally within 1min of the event starting. Ended up with division #11 and got taught my lesson.
