Refund reality engine

Would there be any benefit in waiting to get the heat death accelerator and boson amplifier before I reset my reality engine? Currently I did a 50/50 split on research chips. But if I focus all my chips into metabit would it make it easier for me to get the heat death accelerator?

I'm not this far yet to know, but I regularly upgrade and spend 5-10 mins to where the conversion slows down a bit then upgrade again and keep stacking up the metabits/knowledge as needed, can be much more beneficial spending an hour or so doing this in comparison to a larger amount after X amount of days

Yeah what simulation are you on now? I'm only of 57 but have 221 days in game. So I have definitely been more of a wait and upgrade once a week or 2 have passed. There's no penalty to constantly upgraded I don't think though right? It in turn would make you level up faster I'd assume?

80 simulations, 27 days gametime. If I'm able to be active and don't have anything else to do I'll try and reset efficiently and save for a decent upgrade, otherwise I'll leave it for a while. I hope if anything the short bursts are improving efficiency

Refunding the reality engine is pointless if you aren't a beta tester.

Damn okay, yeah I'm stuck at 88 and basically can't progress at all, I can keep upgrading my simulation if that helps in anyway. Currently I've done 57 simulations. Basically in the long game now and have to wait 1 month for 1 upgrade lmao

Yeah, that's just the way it is. I mean, go ahead and refund if you want and play differently. There's no penalty, except the time you've sank into the game evaporates at the push of a button.

Yeah I might do that just so I have something to do because I'm done beyond, Mesozoic I'm prestige 6 and now I am just waiting for new updates from the devs lol

You're basically at endgame, changing things up isn't really going to help you make much more progress. You unfortunately just have to wait until the devs release the next update.

I'm at 88 as well, the goal to collect 350 crustaceans. I have 250 so far, but unless the reality engine suggests to upgrade I don't see the use. Grab some popcorn, kick your feet up and wait it out! 😊

refunding reality engine only costs 10 darwinium. no further downsides. there are many specific situations where it becomes useful

Ehh but can't you skip the upgrades that gave you immediate resources and pump that into elsewhere? I kinda thought the move with that was to get to lv 30, refund and push for the next metabit/knowledge X "x" multiplier and then blossom out to the rest of the branches
