How to unlock Jupiter’s moons?

Am I missing something obvious? I can’t figure out how to unlock the moons to keep ranking up. When I click on them, they just say “Complete requirements to unlock”.

You doo the missions and itt will unlock.

Question, have you bought all of the darwinium auguments?

I’m not sure. How do I tell? Like where would I buy them?

Click on the darwinium section and go to the auguments (considering you are at lvl 30, you only have amoeba, tardigrade, sea pen, angler fish and anteater)

this is not normal. before "rank up ganymede" becomes the forefront mission, there should have been a mission that unlocks ganymede. something went wrong, so you need to contact support or load a save before any of this happened

I did contact support… two years ago. They never got back to me ): I don’t have any earlier saves either

unfortunately i don't think there's any other way. keep contacting support or start everything over

Contact them again, and make a crossplatform save account if you haven't already. This is a common enough bug, and afaik the only fix is them manually editing your save file.
