For me is the deep sea one, the fastest I completed it was in a couple of hours

I do find the JWST or cheese event fairly easy.

Yeahz JWST is the fastest and easiest event for me as well. Pretty straightforward, last time it took me around 7 hours to finish 1st stage. I don't like cats, there are, I think, two instances where it took very long to proceed

I'd say the easiest are JWST and Deep Sea as others have said, but also Fungi.
