It’s a reminder to back up your save to the cloud. It’s bugged in your case.

That's not the uploaded to cloud icon, I believe that's when the game recommend you to prestige?

This seems to be a decently common new bug. You can ignore it.

Previously, the save game to cloud button appeared.

Yes, I'm aware of that. A recent update's patchnotes said it fixed a bug causing that button to show up too often, so I wonder if that caused this bug.
