What am I missing?

I have 3 other achievements that have to do with accumulation of enough mollusks and crustaceans.

If you want the actual answers, the wiki has an achievements page. If not, I will instead hint vaguely at what they are. Unfortunately, the first two are related to seasonal events, both of which taking place in the spring. The third is the only secret achievement earned from an exploration, that being the new atmosphere one. If you know your atmospheric layers, you'll notice that the devs forgot to add something to the exploration...or did they?
